With just over a couple weeks left until the "unofficial" end of summer, the stores are already parading fall decorations and children are headed back to school. How did summer go by so fast? Living in Florida, it's pretty much summer most of the year. If you'd like to experience that feeling in your home, you might enjoy this triptych entitled "Sun, Sand and Sea glass". Perfect for that year round beach feeling.

It's been another busy week preparing for upcoming shows, creating new art and ordering product for fall and holiday markets. My paintings are inspired by nature and everyday life. A stroll through my garden one morning prompted this painting, "Two Wandering Roses". In my back garden I have climbing roses on a trellis built by my husband many years ago. The roses are now as high as the roof, as if reaching for the sun. This painting depicts my antique Louis Philippe climbing rose.

This painting comes custom framed and matted, ready to hang. It also looks fabulous as art transformed into functional decor. I think you'll find this comfy pillow would brighten any space and bring a smile to your face.
